931 Beach Guest House

It was our first time in Cape May and we absolutely loved it ! Location of 931 Beach guest house is great, it’s close to all the shops , restaurants, market amd best of all the beach , right across the street. It’s beautifully decorated , very clean , cozy and light , just perfect for us . The innkeeper, LiZa is so wonderful, her hospitality is so welcoming and she is willing to accommodate with anything she can . Definitely recommend coming here , it’s a nice gate away without going too far .

Wife & I had a wonderful weekend in Cape May. This Beach House is in a perfect beachfront location. The covered deck on our 2nd floor room(Seashell) made for lovely evenings under the stars and bright mornings in the sunshine. The room and house was comfortable, well appointed and decorated with a private parking spot in the rear. It is close to the downtown mall area and perfect for walking the beach boardwalk. Heather was simply the best, most gracious host we could've asked for. From the time before we arrived when booking to the time we departed she made us feel like the house was ours. She was always available if needed and offered great insight to what's around town. We would definitely consider staying again on our next visit to the Cape. Thank you again!

This was our 13th. year staying here. As always everything was absolutely perfect. Heather was amazing, she was so helpful, friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. She is such a great asset to 931 Beach Guest House. Thank you Heather for everything, and we are looking forward to seeing you next year!

Where do I begin? All of our contact with the Innkeeper, Liza, was amazing. She is wonderful! Although this was a bit of a splurge for me and my daughter for a big birthday, we loved every minute of Cape May and this beach house. Room was very clean, had everything we needed! Love the proximity to the beach. All the food was amazing. Lobster House Schooner, Harrys, Lookout (wow) and Farmhouse Winery. Cant wait to go back next year. Thank you Liza and staff.

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this beautiful beachfront property in Cape May, NJ. From the moment we walked through the door, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of fantastic, promptly tending to our every need and request. The home itself was a delight. Each room was tastefully decorated, capturing the charm of the beach and creating an environment of comfort and relaxation. The rooms provide everything you need except the beach but, We were particularly smitten with the sweeping ocean views that greeted us every morning, a constant reminder of the unrivalled location. What truly set our stay apart was the exceptional service. The staff's dedication to our comfort was evident in their attention to detail, promptness, and constant willingness to go the extra mile. It was the people behind the scenes who made our stay truly memorable, turning an already stunning beachfront home into a haven of peace and relaxation. If you are planning a family trip to Cape May, there is no better place to stay. We left with our hearts full of joy and fond memories of the beautiful beach, the luxurious home, and the staff who treated us like family. We cannot wait to return.

Very clean place and nice small kitchenette to make breakfast. No breakfast is provided but they have coffee grounds for you to use. Free parking in the rear which is very nice but a tight squeeze! Very hard if you have a truck. We highly recommend taking bikes to cape may and we were able to chain them behind the house which was very nice. They also have beach chairs, beach cart and extra beach towels for guests to use! We liked our stay at the beach house and you have your privacy. Don't really have to check in our out here. Just give you a note to find your room then when you leave, just leave your keys in the room. Don't really talk with the inn keeper unless you have too. Overall nice place to stay.. Very good location to get on the beach and close by all stores without being overly crowded but people.

As always, my tennis group and I had a wonderful retreat stay at 931 Beach House. The accommodations were outstanding and we appreciated Liza's fine hospitality.

Have stayed here twice, and had a great time both times!!The location is amazing, as the beach is right outside the place. The mall was a decent walk, but very manageable. The room itself was nice, having pretty good storage, and fit everyone in comfortably. The owner was really sweet, and super accommodating. Overall, it was a great stay both times, and would 100 percent recommend staying here!!
